Water-resistant sheet vinyl flooring is great for bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-moisture areas. Choose from a range of styles and colours to match your décor. It's easy to maintain, making it a perfect budget option.
Epoxy paint can be used in a variety of areas including garages to eliminate dust and protect the subfloor from absorbing water and contaminants. Much stronger and damage resistant than ordinary paint, it is ideal for high traffic areas.
Not quite ready for the finishing floor covering? We offer subfloor preparation services - be it building up height in uneven areas, screeding over an underfloor heating system, levelling a solid subfloor or ply boarding over wooden bases. Damp proof membrane (DPM) can also be used to prevent moisture in the subfloor.
Luxury Vinyl Tile - or 'LVT' - are individual tiles made up of a series of thin flexible layers. Ranging in size, shape and design, from wood to stone effects, they are a highly durable, practical and long lasting choice.
LVT has risen in popularity due to it's durability, low level maintenance, and is waterproof to boot. It's warmer than ceramic tiles, can be laid over underfloor heating and has a protective 'wear layer' to prevent deterioration and staining.
Cleaning LVT is quick and easy with just a hoover and well wrung out mop - it is important not to leave standing water on your new floor! Most manufacturers have recommended products to use with their tiles, we are happy to help point you in the right direction.
We only use high-quality flooring materials from trusted brands to ensure that your new flooring is durable and long-lasting. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
We understand that flooring can be a big investment. That's why we offer a variety of pricing options to fit your budget without sacrificing quality or style.

Every project we take on is unique. Varied in the choice of floor covering, design, colour and functionality, therefore this is a generalised guide to the installation process.
The first step is a consultation, which includes a site survey, measurements are taken and design options discussed. We provide samples and expert advise to come up with the best solution for you.
Once the project's design has been finalised, we can get to work preparing the subfloor. In general, screed or plywood is used as a base before the floor covering can then be installed. In some instances, a DPM (damp proof membrane) must be installed in areas with high moisture readings to prevent moisture damage of the floor covering.
The fitting of each floor covering is different. For example, LVT is adhered to the subfloor, whereas some types of engineered wood flooring are a 'floating' system. Regardless of the process, we ensure an expert quality finish to every covering we install.
Your new flooring is complete! We can advise on how to care for and maintain your chosen covering, and in some instances provide manufacturers own recommended products to ensure your floor will look and feel new for longer.
We understand you might have other works ongoing in your space, so we accommodate to each project's individual needs, and work closely with your other contractors to create a smooth experience. During the consultation we can give an estimate of a timeframe and how we can work alongside other trades to complete as quickly as possible.
